The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.
Processing time (From 1-2 business days): The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.
Shipping time (2-4 business days): The time for your item(s) from our warehouse to your address on order. Expedited Shipping Definition:
We have a warehouse that we ship some of our items from but if an item is not in stock, we will use one of our several distributors to fulfil your order. Without expedited shipping, we will use a distributor that has the best deal on your item regardless of their location to you.
If you pay for expedited shipping, we will do our best to use a distributor closer to you which will get your item to you sooner regardless of the extra cost to us. We will also process client orders who pay for expedited shipping first, so it bumps you up in the list.
Therefore, you will receive your item sooner if you choose expedited shipping. Expedited shipping does not mean overnight shipping or a faster service from Royal mail (which is who we use to ship most items). Carriers we use: DPD available within 2-3 business days.

Currently, we do not offer an option for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. As we work to improve our online experience, we are looking into adding this option in the near future.
